I could not have a more positive recommendation for Expert Transcription Services, Inc. and on a personal level, Dawn LaMorte. Dawn was an employed transcriptionist at our office for several years and lucky for us she continued when she moved to Atlanta a few years ago (as she now operates remotely with digital files).

Having experience at my prior offices including Miami (fellowship), Orlando, Fort Myers and here in Sarasota I have always had generally positive to excellent transcriptionists. Dawn has been the best of the best. Her work including turnaround time is extremely efficient. She picks up on potential errors and highlights them along with alerts if a particular section, etc. does not get dictated. She understands the medical terminology extremely well and is basically mistake free. I really could not recommend any company more highly.
